I'm okay. A lot of people aren't right now, looks like, but I'm fine. I really want to make sure you and the others stay safe. And like I said, you're never bothering me.

Sorry. I was just really surprised about um, the thing we have in common. I'm kinda still in shock over it, but mostly in a good way, if that makes sense.

I'm pretty surprised about that, too, but in a very good way. I really like you, and having something this special in common with you makes it all even better.
I think he should stay with you. I'm very good at defending myself, and I'm glad he's watching over you. Especially because he really does seem to know the difference between a friend and an enemy.

Are you sure? Uncle Dylan keeps a loaded gun and rifle in the house, so... if you change your mind, let me know.

I know, but... it's nice to still be able to open the window. I like it to be cold when I sleep so I can have lots of blankets.
